To whom it may concern at the hartz in Cleveland. Myself and extended family members have been loyal customers of your facility. But today I'm beyond disappointed due to 2 of my favorite things were way off as the 1st gizzard I took a bite of was full of green butter sh**. Great buffet. All you can eat.
I just left Hartz chicken in Cleveland tx. I went through the drive thru and ordered two baked thighs. When I received it it felt very light. So I drove off and something told me to check it. I love Hartz! Definitely a nostalgic place for me. But nostalgia won't save this tragedy. It's my fault for going to a chicken place and getting fish but still :( the fish is so bad. I didnt know but now I do. Lesson learned. The fillet is tough and dry with a greasy aftertaste. I cant tell what type of fish it is. The fried okra and roll are always good.
Best chicken around hands down 🤤
