CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE at this place…
Tried Hartz Chicken Buffet but was left unsatisfied, food was cold, kitchen staff would take food from buffet to fill their drive thru orders and would not replenish in a timely basis. Staff was too bust gossiping and restaurant was dirty. If I could , I would give a NEGATIVE Star but I need to be a little nice. I will give this restaurant a second chance and hopefully things have improved
The only complaint we have is tonight we were running later than usual for us to eat. We had no idea that the cold table of the buffet closes at 7 pm and the hot buffet closes at 8 pm. We have been coming here since they opened. Looked around inside and out but did not see a sign about buffet hours. Learn something new everyday.
