Was the chicken fresh , hot, crispy, crunchy!!!! Yes but the grease was old and that made a difference. Overall this location was okay and it does have a drive through special and you can add a drink for a small upgrade charge
This Hartz Chicken on FM 2920 is a complete disappointment. The man working the speaker—possibly the owner—was flat-out rude. I repeated my order several times, enunciated every word, and he still acted confused and irritated. At some point, it stops being a misunderstanding and starts being incompetence. If you can’t handle a simple drive‑thru order without attitude, you shouldn’t be running the window. Do better.
Haven't been in a while and was very disappointed they must have changed hands..looked more like left overs not fresh foods.
