Macaroni and Cheese subpar, the noodles were tough and chewy, the cheese tasted watery and not cheesy. The white gravy was very watered down, it drips on your clothes easily. This location is higher priced than the other Hartz locations nearby. They should make a better effort and make sure everything is top notched. There's so many workers that frequent this location at lunch time, do you want them to go back to work with an unsatisfactory experience? You could lose a lot of customers this way. Do better.

Excellent food and plenty available. If something was not on the buffet all we had to do was ask and they pulled it immediately from the kitchen hot and ready. The only draw back was Hartz has raised their prices drastically since I last went. So I was in sticker shock when they wanted over thirty dollars for two buffets. There is no way that the two of us could eat or drink enough food to justify paying that price ever again. If I had ordered chicken and sides for the same price, we would have been able to eat 3 meals each.... read more

Rude employees especially short older Asian female, asked if I could get fresh rolls and proceeded to say theres bread out already when I asked to get fresh warm rolls, she rolled her eyes with a stupid attitude like if I was asking for free food. 9-28-25 location on 249 and spring cypress. Terrible customer service..
