Food is always fresh. Never have issues and always very clean
I usually love Hartz. The ones in Dickenson and Texas City are great! This one was a big disappointment. We went a few Sundays ago maybe around 5 or 6pm. There was no one at the register and a girl came out of the back, looked at us and went back. Someone finally came up and rang us up, the chicken was cold, the livers were rock hard and the desserts were dry. There were a couple more groups of people that came in after us and they didn't start to put out any fresh food until we were ready to leave. I've never been more diss... read more
I’ve been coming here for YEARA and I came yesterday and ordered a meal, the owner knows I like fresh chicken and he makes it happen all the time well they messed up on the fries I ordered and gave me fried okra???? We don’t and have never had fried okra. Came in today explaining him the situation and he looked at me with a disgust face like what? So I order some rolls and mashed potatoes and small fries thinking he was going to be like we got you since I spend $40 every time I come and nothing not even an apology or nothing... read more
