According to one of their employees, they have hidden pricing scales in their system to create the illusion the pricing is standard. If they judge you as a sucker, your fees are not the same most others pay. Do not be fooled by the smiles and their faux love for your animal. it’s all about cash.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. HAH has been seeing my dog since 2013. 05/21/21 was THE LAST DAY THIS PLACE GETS ANY MORE MONEY FROM ME! After treating her routinely every 6 months, always paying our bills in full at every appointment, the way they treated my dog was horrendous. They diagnosed her with pyometra and said surgery was not an option and she was to be euthanized immediately. Mind you, she was eating, drinking, acting as normal besides being sleepier than usual. Unfortunately I will never be coming back to this practice! Dr. Jewitt is great and is very knowledgeable however the office staff and people who pick up the phone provide contradicting info NUMEROUS TIMES!!! The emails are not updated and have conflicting information from what is told over the phone. They give you one price and when you pick your pet up, you end up paying a lot more. RecommendedI’ve been taking my parrots to Dr. Jewett since end of 2013. My sister referred me to her. Dr. Jewett is wonderful. We now have a new family member...a puppy. I am happy that Dr. Jewett is my feather & fur babies’ doctor. Only thing now is with this covid we aren’t able to go in. Which sucks only because I enjoy going in to see Dr.Jewett and talk to her face to face. She is a pleasant person. I have also always had great experience with her staff as well. Everyone at Hartwood has been amazing with our kittens! Dr. Jewett has taken excellent care of them! Highly recommend if you are looking for a new vet for your fur babies ❤️
Great vets and staff. I have a "special" pup who was rescued from hoarders and has a tough time with the vet. They are very patient with him and give him great care.
I brought my senior poodle in to see the team at Hartwood. They recommended a treatment plan and new diet to ensure her quality of life. They answered every question I had in laymans terms and we can't recommend the entire team enough!
It was Eli and I’s first time there, it was a great experience from front desk to out the door. The place was clean and the people were great. The vet techs and doctors seemed very knowledgeable and were so sweet with Eli. All around great experience and I will be going back for sure.
