I needed a part to operate our 3 year old automated blinds. I had no success with the business I purchased from. I went online and contacted at least 6 companies. Number 6 said have you tried Hartwigs? I sent an email and recieved a reply same day. In 2 weeks I now have the part I needed and it was under warranty. Hartwig's went above and beyond to get this done for me through numerous texts and emails knowing I did not even purchase from them. When I need new blinds I will be at their door.
We love the new Luminettes covering our slider and the Duette on the kitchen window! They are beautiful and work great. We especially appreciate Katie’s quick service. It was so easy and pleasant working with her! The installers did a great job, and were polite, friendly and helpful.
Best overall experience! Katie is wonderful to work with. I had received estimates from several local companies and the Hartwig quote came out on top for price, brand quality, delivery time and installation. I love the window treatments and would definitely recommend Hartwigs to my friends.
We had window treatments installed in our Veridian new home build and it was a fantastic experience. With Covid I am apprehensive to have anyone in the home and the installer was diligent about wearing a mask and made me feel comfortable. He was polite, friendly and not even a wrapper was left behind. He spent time showing me how to work the treatments and even telling me specifically the best type of batteries to use for our remote treatments.
