I wanted to post this review as I wanted to thank Nikki, Cody and the installers (I believe it was Dylan and Darren?) who quickly replaced our failed rental water heater within 24 hours of getting in touch with them. When we purchased our home in 2017 in Fergus, my wife and I had to assume an existing water rental agreement. I recently started my AC for the first time this year. Of course, the old unit didn’t work. I reached out to Hartwig and Cody and his team came out and diagnosed the issue. He ordered a new fan motor and came out on a Saturday and installed it. All is now working well. I would recommend them for your HVAC needs.
This company was amazing! Cody came out during a heat wave on a Sunday and promptly replaced the whole unit in a sufficient time manner. It was a very rush request and the customer service was great!
