Tim was extremely rude when I made a service call. He stated that since I hadn't bought my HVAC system from him that it was going to be very expensive to get him to work on anything for me. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Plenty of other great plumbing and HVAC technicians in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Hartwig.
