I have been seeing Dr Hartwell for many years. I've been through about 4 colonoscopies over that time and I have never had any complications. I highly recommend him.
Rude reception people. Went in there saying this isn't my bill to being treated like a criminal, I have hearing aides in and could hear them talking about me, to literally not remember being there when the office manager said I was. I guess they need to learn compassion and go back to learning how to treat people. I honestly didnt think that was my bill to why cant I even remember being there. I had to call this morning to find out where there office was.
