I bought a used RV and scheduled an appointment with him to just show me everything, talk me through what he sees go wrong, confirm everything was working, and fix a few things I had identified. Very well worth the money to have his expert eyes on my RV and I appreciated the education.
Roger was so responsive right from my first call. He offered suggestions for a self fix but then came to us when we felt we needed his expertise. He was so polite, thorough & pleasant to work with. I’d call him again in a heartbeat!
What can I say, I’ve never met Rodger other than texting. I had a lot of issues opening in my camper over the holiday and he still text me and walk me through a lot of stuff. And got me through it. Rodger will definitely be my go to guy from here on in. Very professional , He gets back to you in a timely fashion, I would recommend him anytime. Two thumbs up.
Roger was very responsive, professional, kind, efficient and pricing was great! I left him a message and within 5 minutes he called me back to figure out what I needed for work. Within 10 minutes of that call ending I had a text with pricing that included a breakdown of parts and labor. He showed up on time, got straight to work replacing my hot water heater and also fixed an electrical Issue I was having. Let us tell you that this is the most professional service tech we have ever delt with.we was in a bind when our transfer switch blew out during a power outage,as you all know the temps here at the time was 85 to95 degrees and we had no power in our class A Motor home I had a heck of a time getting the replacement part from the dealer for the repair and ended up waiting 4 days for the part to arrive in NH Roger myself and my wife were texting constantly keeping Roger in the loop for when the part would be here so he could tr... read more
