Roger was very responsive, professional, kind, efficient and pricing was great! I left him a message and within 5 minutes he called me back to figure out what I needed for work. Within 10 minutes of that call ending I had a text with pricing that included a breakdown of parts and labor. He showed up on time, got straight to work replacing my hot water heater and also fixed an electrical Issue I was having. Let us tell you that this is the most professional service tech we have ever delt with.we was in a bind when our transfer switch blew out during a power outage,as you all know the temps here at the time was 85 to95 degrees and we had no power in our class A Motor home I had a heck of a time getting the replacement part from the dealer for the repair and ended up waiting 4 days for the part to arrive in NH Roger myself and my wife were texting constantly keeping Roger in the loop for when the part would be here so he could tr... read more
There aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe my experience with Roger. He was extremely responsive (texted back in less than 30 minutes in response to my original inquiry), courteous, professional, conscientious (offered options for price savings, etc.), knowledgeable, and helpful. The turnaround time to replace the motor for my awning was less than a week. He was prompt for the appointment and completed the work quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. Roger is nothing less than a true professional and gentleman!! I
Although Roger was not able to service our location or problem , I REALLY appreciated the time he took to correspond. That shows he's a top-notch business.
