Terrible sales customer service. I viewed a vehicle and went through all the figures to part ex my car for the new one. Later that evening I went home and emailed and tried to reserve the vehicle and no one ever responded. I was told not to reserve online and to call. I emailed again and then phoned twice. I booked a test drive before purchasing and when I turned up was told the vehicle was sold and I hadn't been contacted. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the sales team here. My husband, young child and I drove for over two hours to come and view a car which we really loved. There was a small issue with the steering however which we wanted to be looked at before we moved forward. After being told that they would contact us about this, they never did and I initiated contact three times over the next two days for updates.
