Such a great experience at Hartville outdoor products I can't explaining how wonderful they were. I had to get a dog house because my best friend of over 45 years has to move away. She wouldn't leave with out someone caring for her dogs. Nice selection to look at but I guess we didn't look like we were interested in buying anything because no one approached us. So we looked for the office to get some help with questions. A sales person greeted us but seemed to have little intention on actually helping us. We knew what we wanted (style, dimension, etc.) Just had questions about layouts, delivery, and pricing/financing.
