My experience is, in my opinion Probably the worst office you can go to, I highly do not recommend going to this office unless it’s your last resort or if you want to wait hours to even talk to the staff just to kill time. Their slogan for on the phone is “dr.khalils office please hold” just to talk about what happened last weekend when I was just calling like I was told to fill my prescriptions I was on hold for 30 minutes just to get hung up on and they didn’t answer any of my calls after, and I was respectful about it, I ... read more
Dr Khalil has been our dr since he opened the hartville office, 30+ yrs. We've had excellent care, he saved my husband's life! Yes, there are times the wait can be long. Be patient. He's very busy but worth the wait.
Dr. Khalil and all his associates are so Awesome. It's such a Blessing to have such a wonderful doctors office to have the privilege to go to. For the most part, my experiences are good, nurses are nice and knowledgeable, they saved my husband's life last April, 2024, when he had viral colitis, and realized that he needed sent to the hospital. Dr. KHALIL HAS BEEN GOOD AT RECOGNIZING CERTAIN THINGS IN ME THAT NEEDED ATTENTION SUCH AS MY BLOOD PTH LEVELS BEING HIGH AND HAVING FURTHER TESTING DONE.
