The tech Ella M. was so rude, I had to ask for another tech. Everyone else was great but she really put a bad taste in my mouth. I couldn’t believe how rude she was! Wild.
Worst ever, this barbaric method of squeezing my breast burst a small syst I had and now I have a open wound with horrible consequences......??????
Terrible nurse from the start . Didn’t have any bedside manners. She didn’t set up The right instrument and the first device Malfunctioned and all the suctioning of tissue for biopsies failed. Had to wait in the most uncomfortable position to set up a new device. Her arrogance caused me much grief
Easiest appointment I have. The ladies at the front and back desk are always kind and quick. Technician is always efficient, quick, and great to work with.
Very rude nurse in the IR room. I am shocked that the nursing staff don’t get any coaching to be empathic and kind . Working with women coming in for intervention radiology procedures requires top Notch bedside manner which the nurse I worked with was absolutely clueless about. Per her she was a veteran nurse at doing interventions for last 4 yrs but didn’t know why this procedure is done. Could not explain the procedure well.
