I have been trying since 8/24/20 to get someone in scheduling to pick up or return my call. I have held for a total of 7 hours and left 3 messages for return call. it is 9/8/20 and I'm still waiting. This is unacceptable behavior for a hospital or scheduling, in my opinion.
