David Hartstein was ineffective. David Hartstein twice did not cancel an ejection of the people who were staying in my apartment and refused to leave even though the court notified David Hartstein that they had filed a show cause order. As a result both times I had to pay the sheriff and the locksmith. When someone files a show cause order the action required is a cancellation of the ejection. Even if this had worked it was not appropriate. I had hired David Hartstein to do things appropriately and aboveboard.
