Great organization with extremely helpful polite staff
Scheduled a pick up a month ago for yesterday. I called the morning of to confirm. They said I was on their list. 6pm comes around I call and they give me a different phone number. Left messages. Now all of the items are outside and I need to bring them in. Donate to someone who’s appreciative.. otherwise you’ll do all of this work for nothing. So awful.
I donated here monthly. However, this is the third time they confirmed pick up and didn’t show up. Their lack of customer service hours makes it impossible to get ahold of them. Hopefully their new acquirement will make them better. I will not be donating here anymore.
Driver showed up. He was very angry and rude. He was kicking boxes and just throwing them into the back of the truck. His language was inappropriate and condescending. We donated good quality items that were not appreciated by this driver. Will find another organization in the future to donate items to. Dissatisfied & disappointed
