I have absolutely no clue how this place got my private cell phone number. I have asked them to stop calling me because I am not donating and I never heard of them before this. They were calling a couple times every single day. I am going to report them to the BBB and the states Attorney General as a scam. Hopefully that will get them to stop calling. In the meantime please do not donate to this place because they dont seem legit.
I made all my plans around the date they scheduled for me and now they rescheduled to next month without informing me. I spent all day, with my friends’ help, to put everything out for 7:30 pick up and I have been waiting for them. Very unprofessional.
I scheduled a pickup and the 1st time they called mid afternoon and said that due to conditions beyond their control they would not make the pickup that day. I set up a 2nd pickup for a few weeks later when they would be in my area again. I put the goods out again by 7:30 am and called early afternoon to make sure they would make the pick. I was told the truck was at stop 34 and I was stop 37. I had a concert to attend for my grandson and when I arrived home at 7:15, my donations were still at the end of my drive way. They did not pick up the donation as scheduled. The donations were at the bottom of the driveway, packed and labeled correctly. They called at the end of the day and said our driveway was too long and they couldn’t drive up it. Of course that didn’t make sense. So I’ll stick with Goodwill!
