I scheduled a pickup and the 1st time they called mid afternoon and said that due to conditions beyond their control they would not make the pickup that day. I set up a 2nd pickup for a few weeks later when they would be in my area again. I put the goods out again by 7:30 am and called early afternoon to make sure they would make the pick. They did not pick up the donation as scheduled. The donations were at the bottom of the driveway, packed and labeled correctly. They called at the end of the day and said our driveway was too long and they couldn’t drive up it. Of course that didn’t make sense. So I’ll stick with Goodwill!
