Horrible! I scheduled a pick-up. Got everything out the night before. Waited all day and no one came. They rescheduled. Its been pouring all last night and today and I had to drop my son off at school. Came home, set up a pop-up tent then nicely stacked everything under the tent in the pouring rain by 8:45am They tell me I missed my pickup ....... I'm done with them.
We've donated for 5-10 years via their pickup service and they've always done a great job. I'm grateful to have this option to help "rehome" items we no longer can use. Thanks Hartsprings and Greendrop!
No one would help me bring my donations up the concrete stairs. He just sat at the desk on his phone. Even after I missed a step and fell.
I have absolutely no clue how this place got my private cell phone number. I have asked them to stop calling me because I am not donating and I never heard of them before this. They were calling a couple times every single day. I am going to report them to the BBB and the states Attorney General as a scam. Hopefully that will get them to stop calling. In the meantime please do not donate to this place because they dont seem legit.
I made all my plans around the date they scheduled for me and now they rescheduled to next month without informing me. I spent all day, with my friends’ help, to put everything out for 7:30 pick up and I have been waiting for them. Very unprofessional.
