Driver showed up. He was very angry and rude. He was kicking boxes and just throwing them into the back of the truck. His language was inappropriate and condescending. We donated good quality items that were not appreciated by this driver. Will find another organization in the future to donate items to. Dissatisfied & disappointed
Driver showed up swearing, kicking boxes, throwing things. Very rude, not personal, very unkind and destroying donating items. Highly, highly disappointed. Please relieve this worker of his job. He is clearly miserable.
I have had excellent service from Hartsprings; I have donated multiple times in the past few years and they always show up when scheduled. If you have a concern about an item not taken, the list of items they take is clear on their website. A great organization that supports a wonderful cause!
After 10 years of donating, I am done with this organization. The driver was so rude, he started saying he wasn't taking anything it wasn't up to his "standards" that he was leaving it and I "needed to go through it and reschedule". He didnt even look in the boxes. Confused, as it clearly met their posted standards I started opening the boxes and showed him. I have made several donations of clothing and household items and all have been picked up as scheduled every time. This is a wonderful service and I highly recommend supporting them
