I took a long time to consider my thoughts before posting this review. I try hard to see the good in all situations. With that being said, our experience with Hartson-Kennedy was awful. We ordered countertops from them through Lowe's on 2/1/25. After that, we had nothing but issues. First, our two week guarantee became 6 weeks. We got the countertops and realized as soon as we go them home that one was chipped. We sent that back and waited several weeks to get it back in our hands. These people messed up big time. My contractor gave them the dimensions for this very small countertop, look what they did... not to mention lack of communication... We're waiting and waiting and waiting for this countertop. Finally, call them after two weeks of waiting and they say you have to pay before we start making it. Well, I don't have a problem with paying first, but can you communicate that?
