Not impressed at all. Receptionist was no help what so ever. Trying to get my child an appointment is like gold dust. Should never of switched doctors.
Carnt do enough for you, everyone is pleasant, even in the hot weather. You feel as a patient that you’re health and wellbeing actually matters 10/10
Saw Dr Nayiager who was great. Informative, respectful and caring couldn’t ask for anything else.
Anyone posting terrible reviews is likely either very impatient or may be part of the problem themselves. I've been registered at this GP for nearly two years, and prior to that, I was with a surgery in Derby—which was genuinely awful and actually worth complaining about. In comparison, this practice is excellent. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, the GPs and nurses are fantastic, and the triage service is consistently efficient and well-organised.
