I went to this ER 10-3-26 I was having severe ear pain. When I got there it was empty and I thought this is nice because I wouldn’t have to wait long. I didn’t wait long the staff up front and the ones who take you back were so nice and polite. When Dr. Giyanani came in she said what’s going on. I told her I was having severe ear pain. She looked in both ears and said no infection. I told her my head and eye and my left tonsil was hurting. Due to taking blood thinners I’m not able to take anything except Tylenol. Staff and doctor was attentive to my needs. The hospital is clean and sanitized well. There wasn’t a long wait time, less than 2 hours.
Staff are very friendly and thorough. Love all the doctors and nurses. They are great at what they do!
I brought my dad here recently. He was having some post-op complications and they were super quick to fix him right up. They saw and understood how much discomfort he was in and had the problem resolved within 35 minutes of us walking in the front door. And we were discharged within an hour. The entire staff was fantastic- we had 2 different nurses working with him along with the doctor. I am very thankful this place is so close to home.
