Have been here many times when our Regular Dr’s weren’t open for different family members and have always been completely satisfied! Excellent group of people working here!

My husband was seen in the ER tonight, and unfortunately our experience with the physician was extremely disappointing. The doctor was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive during our interaction. At one point, I was using my phone to message family regarding our daughter. I briefly took a photo on Snapchat, not realizing the flash was on, and it was directed toward the wall/corner—not at the doctor. Absolutely the worst experience. I asked before checking in if they'd be able to fill out paperwork for my job to explain why I was here and when I could return to work. I was told yes. They gave me the fax number and I passed it along, my work faxed it over. Everybody in the process said it wouldn't be a problem. They gave me an IV and took blood, etc. It was set on the table and forgotten about in the room. Eventually the next shift came in and said "of course they did," and picked it up.
