This is the 3rd liner that Hartsell Pool has installed for us. The workmanship and service was excellent. His crew was very professional and did and excellent installation on our 3rd line. Highly recommended Hartsell Pool .

Bought our house in 1995 with a 30,000 gallon pool and vinyl liner which Hartsell had installed. Lasted 15 years. Used him to install second liner. Lasted an unusually long time also. Getting ready to replace again and no brainer to use Hartsell. They do beautiful and precise work.
HORRIBLE customer service!! Has the owner out to get a quote. He talks down to customers and then never sent in the quote. I emailed and asked and still never sent a quote back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
