First time remodeling a pool! Hartsell pool renovations are a 10/10 definitely recommend!
Bought our house in 1995 with a 30,000 gallon pool and vinyl liner which Hartsell had installed. Lasted 15 years. Used him to install second liner. Lasted an unusually long time also. Getting ready to replace again and no brainer to use Hartsell. They do beautiful and precise work.
HORRIBLE customer service!! Has the owner out to get a quote. He talks down to customers and then never sent in the quote. I emailed and asked and still never sent a quote back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Tom and his crews did an excellent job resurfacing our pool with Crystal Stones smooth pebble, repairing some leaks and replacing the mastic. Tom was always extremely responsive to my many questions. The pool looks great and we are thrilled!
They did an awesome job & completely remodeled my pool area! Replaced brick with flagstone. Replaced diving board with diving rock. Replaced old decking with stamped overlay in hand carved flagstone pattern. Replaced old plaster with lifetime pebble interior. I have used them previously & would highly recommend them.
