A great gym space with good variety and vibes. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable and will meet you where you’re at in terms of fitness and goals!

Harts Run Fitness is great! I started attending for yoga classes and eventually added personal training with Anthony. It’s been a great experience and now I’m working out on my own even more. The equipment assortment allows for a variety of workout styles, and the cardio equipment faces the windows which is especially nice during winter. Based on my experience with Anthony and Mason at Harts Run Fitness, I can confidently say that they are excellent trainers who are dedicated to helping their clients achieve their fitness goals. I approached Anthony almost an year back with severe low back pain, labrum injury and hip impingement syndrome. I found his knowledge and expertise in fitness and exercise exceptional.
