I have been a customer of Hart's jewelry for years and have always received excellent service whether it's shopping for new pieces of jewelry or having a piece repaired. The owners and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would whole heartedly suggest shopping with them and remind current and future customers to always "shop local" in support small businesses.
Each time I have dealt with Harts I find them excellent. I have had jewelry made, repaired and have purchased for others. Can't say enough good things about this business. They go above and beyond. Thanks to Denise and Bill!
I’m pretty disappointed, I’ve spent a ton at harts over the years, birthdays Christmas ect. However i purchased an engagement ring at Kay’s, decided to upgrade, Kay’s offered 1500$ for the ring, but I wanted to keep my business at harts, my fiance took the ring in today to trade and upgrade, after rude customer service takes the ring to Mr. Hart and he comes back with a 100$ offer, the weight of the gold is alone 600$ plus the diamonds in it.
