I don’t know why they don’t have a sign out front saying not accepting work for 2 years as books are closed. They weren’t even interested in preparing a quote for a later date. Lady at the desk is fine, however cranky old mechanic was not helpful. Don’t waste your time unless you want to wait 2 years Mark Kiama
The team at Harts garage constantly go above and beyond. They’ve been my mechanic for over 8 years. They fit me in, often when it’s an emergency and I’m feeling unsafe driving my car. They go above and beyond, fixing my car in record timing. They’re even dropped me off in the pouring rain, so I didn’t have to walk with a child. I recommend them every time! Personal & friendly reception staff and amazing mechanic! A great bunch of people. Feeling grateful. Thank you!
Poor communication. They are a great mechanic, but this is the third time I’ve made a booking and it’s not been understood by the other person on the phone. I took the day off work to have my car brought in for multiple issues, but once again it was only booked for the last thing the worker heard on thr phone. I won’t be back, I can’t afford more time off work again. I now have to take another day off work to have my car looked at.
Always rely on good service and reasonable pricing.😇
They are the most helpful people and offer a great garage service.
