Does a great job on the arrangements. Never any problems
i had some flowers delivered to my long distance girlfriend for her first day of college, and the flowers were beautiful, no complaints there. however, the customer service…. the flowers weren’t delivered the first day bc they weren’t sure they had the right house, understandable, i was completely nice on the phone. but the lady i spoke to was completely unapologetic about the situation, acted like it was everyone’s fault but hers, and even insulted the condition of the house i sent the flowers to. had they had some sympathy... read more
