We prefer Walmart. Hart's has a limited selection, too many house brands as opposed to name brands, and much of the food seems none too fresh -- the produce, particularly the fresh fruits, are usually on the verge of decay. The store also seems a bit dingy. Always on the high side, there have been alarming price rises in spring 2018. I'm another transplant from NYC, so perhaps my expectations for Arkansas are unrealistic. I wish that there were a local competitor. Staff is friendly, except for Margie.
