Delayed service by a whole week, when i picked it up i heard some rattling on the way home and i find that all the wheelnuts on the left side are so loose that my wheels are wobbling back and forth..
I would like to thank Leroy and his team and Harts body shop. They did an exceptional job with the repair and also clean the car inside and out. You wouldn’t even know I have 2 messy toddlers. I also have to commend Leroy’s ability to communicate and keep me updated on the progress with repairs and pick updates which really reduced my stress levels. Leroy and his team went above and beyond with the best service and craftsmanship! Leroy u deserve a pay raise you are a wonderful asset to your team!
Insurance referral was excellent I didn't have to wait around to do, this that, and the other saved me time and money, great customer service, the curtsey car was included no hassles, again insurance company and harts body shop organized all of that for me, was very surprised at how clean the yard was but more impressed how well I was able to identify each staff member who were all wearing full company PPE gear with awesome attitudes who care about their customers circumstances, BOSS attention to detail in their work, my car... read more
Harts went above and beyond. Fixed the damage, sorted out a minor scrape elsewhere while they were at it, and reminded me that I need to make time to clean the inside of the car, because they made my car look brand new, inside and out. Quality repairer
Do not recommend. Communication was not good at all.
