Car required towing to Harts after suspected CV joint fail. Drive shaft replaced and back on the road the next day. Great phone support prior to towing too.

One star only, because that's the lowest I can rate it. My vehicle was left with Harts, and was lost in a fire which destroyed the entire workshop. That, I don't feel either way about. The problem is what has happened afterwards. It is now many months since, and every effort to try to get the matter resolved has seen things left in limbo. I am up to the point of a letter of demand, which was forwarded to the insurer (I believe), and the insurer has not even bothered to reply to me.
