Harts Automotive Hayward CA is a RIP OFF On 09/14/2010 took our car there because the heater was not working. After a day and a half and $124.09 they had no clue what was wrong. Had to pay $87.00 for a rent a car also. Ask for them to have the owner call us and as of todays date 09/28/2010 have not talked to the owner. Took the car to Boardwalk in Redwood City and they fixed the problem in two hours. P.S. As a good will gesture the Owner-General Manager refunded us $62.05 on 10/15/10
Hart's Automotive is Not Very Good The fuses for my dashboard and tail lights kept blowing. Based on my research, I told the Hart technician the problem was probably around the accelerator. He ignored me. After an hour, at $137, they wanted two or more hours more to find the problem. My regular mechanic found the problem in ten minutes. Bottomline, Hart's didn't have a clue and most important, treated me like an airhead.
