Thomas quoted me 375 for a letter of opinion for real estate- I accepted - He later sent me an email indicated he had sent the letter in and sent a pdf for a different persons letter. Mistakes happen, so I contacted him to let him know that the letter he sent was not for my parcel. He said he would look into it and call me back - It has been several days - no call no follow up to my emails -basically ghosted me. Very frustrating.
I can never thank Tom enough for his help! He advocated for me and worked hard to help with my settlement. He always responded to my emails timely and provided me with regular updates. He is fair, knowledgeable, and kind. I’d recommended him to anyone!
