Hartmann & sons were contracted to me through american water resources to fix a blockage in my septic system. They arrived an hr earlier than expected... great right?! Not so much... they claimed to have fixed the blockage but did not. They either through, ignorance or knowingly disconnected a pipe so the water would flow... directly into my basement... then left & didn't mention the disconnected pipe. Ed did nice work for us for a little while. They installed a UV light and about 15 months later it died. He came back and said the control box needs replaced, and then stopped returning our calls. They purposely refuse to fix the equipment they installed. I talked to the UV light supplier who contacted Hartmen. They were told Ed was out of town (for 2 months?) and supposed to call me back the next weekend-- never happened. We have been having issues losing water for the last few months so I decided to try Hartman’s. Ed came out the SAME DAY I called and even diagnosed the root of the problem almost immediately! He even taught my son a few things to look for which was handy! Ed’s wife is amazing as well! I’m so happy I called them :) I HIGHLY recommend Hartman’s Plumbing!
My dad has called him several of times within the past 2 years and has never called back....
Very professional, and considerate, I would highly recommend them. It is a family based business.
