Human trash.
Tow driver spent call on his way trying to upsell me after I explained I was taking my car to the dealership to get a new set of keys. After I explained it would be next to free to get them replaced at the dealership, he suggested the dealership wouldn't reprogram them like Hartmann's would and my car would be liable to get jacked. He then showed up and towed my car away without telling me had arrived or having me sign anything.
Totally honest. Will definitely keep them for my future repairs. But hopefully I won't need it anytime soon
