They are very rude when you are calling to inquire about a rental property. They are very dismissive and arrogant. They will push you away before you've even had a chance to look at the property. I've never lived there, but I wouldn't recommend based on how rude they are when you call to inquire.

We try to pre screen residents looking for a home, since we know your time is valuable. & to avoid ***************************** we explain they would need income- NET 3 times the rent, explain there is a app fee to run a credit & criminal check. Veterans and Active Duty find another Rental Agency immediately! I called to inquire about a property and I was greeted with arrogance and an elitist attitude. I had one question and after the one question I was transferred without prompt or the knowledge of being transferred to Chris ******** and she was nothing less than dismissive and quick to lean on a policy to where the add said pets welcomed. he worst rental experience I've ever had. The apartments are run down, old and dirty. The people working there are extremely rude also. I wish I would've listened to these reviews before moving in. It's in a terrible area. Someone was shot literally right outside my door and when I had to break my lease because of it being such an unsafe area Hartmanns tried to charge me an extra month of rent after I moved out even though I called them weeks before leaving and after I was gone. They are a TERRIBLE company.
