TLDR; I will never do business with this company again and will actively ask my friends and neighbors to watch out for their hidden fees. Hartmann's used to be a good company that treated customers properly. After selling to Haffner's, however, the company (not its people) became one I would strongly recommend people against. There's nothing wrong if you're a typical large delivery customer. But as soon as you deviate from the norm, the company would rather lose you as a customer than break their mould. Customer service has taken a nose dive since the transition from Hartman Oil. Would not recommend.

Had them come to clean my furnace , found out furnace was cracked , had to replace , got proposal , gonna replace with this type furnace , replace all vent with new , pull permit , we’ll replace with different named furnace , not sure if permit was pulled , paid half down was gonna make payments for rest we agreed on , charged my card for the balance , not happy being lied to , but it’s paid for , charged me 500 a hr , 3 hrs labor , b4 they did I told em price was high but thought I would b protected by Haffners , was I so w... read more

We will NO longer be using this company. They were okay before, but especially since the new ownership (Haffner), we couldn’t be more turned off by them. Even one of their own employees confessed that they were not thrilled with the change in ownership and what that has entailed.
