We came down to Cumberland lake for the weekend. Ended up having to change the gear lube in the lower unit. Lost our lower unit vent screw, we called them up and they helped us get one, pumped the lube into the lower unit for us & got us back on the water. Couldn't thank them enough. Would recommend to any and everyone.
Randy and Collin did an amazing job helping me purchase my MTI from across the country! They went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable all the way! Lies, lies, lies !!! I purchased a 2022 Airship from Randy and Colin Hartman. The boat was sold to me with a “newly installed mercury 520 EFI with full factory warranty that would start when I register it” I ordered over $50,000 in custom upgrades on the boat and the contracted Kenneth at Riddle Marine Tech to install. Recently bought a used boat they brokered for another company. Hartmann's communication is poor, and they failed to mention the boat having LOTS of cracks in the gelcoat, and I mean a LOT. Drove 7 hours to buy the boat, so it was no short trip. They also promised to send a replacement roller for the trailer and nav light for the boat, but have failed to do so. Definitely do not recommend dealing with them (or United Motorsports in Lexington KY as they are even worse than Hartmann).
