Recently bought a used boat they brokered for another company. Hartmann's communication is poor, and they failed to mention the boat having LOTS of cracks in the gelcoat, and I mean a LOT. Drove 7 hours to buy the boat, so it was no short trip. They also promised to send a replacement roller for the trailer and nav light for the boat, but have failed to do so. Definitely do not recommend dealing with them (or United Motorsports in Lexington KY as they are even worse than Hartmann).
