This is my first time renting and it was the best experience I could have hoped for when it comes to the process of touring your first apartment to becoming move in ready! Alyssa has made this happen for me and I’m more than happy to state that she’s great at what she does
Starting over is never easy and that is exactly what I am doing. I reached out and was blessed enough to speak with Alyssa Pawlowski. From the start Alyssa was professional, kind, attentive, and extremely helpful. She walked me through the process step by step with patients and a tender heart and had keys to my apartment to me the next day! I will always be grateful to her for all her assistance and I have the cutest little starting over apartment to enjoy on top of it!
So I been here 3 years and to deal with piss and shit coming from the upstairs toilet and for the maintenance team to not answer the emergency phone calls been calling all night and to say that the office didn’t tell them what was going on it’s water everywhere in the bathroom and kitchen it’s a huge leak from the bathroom and kitchen ceiling them for them to bring a toilet for upstairs and nobody live there so they knew it was a problem in that unit and nobody communicated that with us at all in 3-204 Pay my rent on time ev... read more
Listen I been here for 3 years this place been ok until now I pay my rent on time every month for the pass 3 years for us to come back for out of town and the bathroom is leaking and kitchen is leaking water and there is no way you can get in contact with the emergency maintenance team after hours nobody Answer their phone and when I went To the office, I saw one of the maintenance man and he laughed in my face.
