Management is impossible to get in contact with
Do not move here. They will not fix anything. I have been without a bathroom sink since March. I have had a septic leak in my bathroom ceiling for a month. They won't even answer the phone. When I use their app to write a work order they delete it without fixing it. i am about to request the state health inspector to get involved because of major health risks they cause. The new management company deserves legal action.
This apartment is dirty and infested. I’ve been living here for three years and have not seen a roach until the new management has taken over and they will not take care of the problem even Though I complained on numerous occasions Update: they keep coming back ! Nobody ever answers the phone or emails. Hours are posted but doors always locked.I've been paying double renters insurance. They're going to tow my truck just because I'm in process of switching vehicles. This place sucks. Bugs are everywhere. Nothing gets done.
NOT SAFE. DRUG/ALCOHOL INFESTED AREA. NOTHING WORKS OR IS FIXED PROPERLY. EVERY BUILDING SMELLS HORRIFIC BECAUSE THE MANAGMEMNT ALLOWS PEOPLE TO LIVE IN FILTH AND THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE SO RESIDENTS MAKE IT FILTHY AND DISGUSTING TO KEEP NICE PEOPLE FROM MOVING IN HERE. MOLD. ROACHES. RATS. FLEAS. TRASH EVERYWHERE. ANIMAL FEECES EVERYWHERE. LANDSCAPING IS NEVER DONE SO THE GRASS IS LONG AND FULL OF ANIMAL FEECES.
