Got some work done here. Nice employees helped us. Price was a little high. Other than that we were happy to get something nice for our daughter.

Super friendly staff. It was like visiting friends. Cutest guard dogs in the universe. Lots of shiny objects to look at. Nothing negative to be said.
HORRIBLE CURSOMER SERVICE. We went into the shop and requested a resize for a watch. The store keeper was angry with us when we suggested how we thought the measurement would be done for the bracelet. "Don't tell me how to do my job". She asked us to leave her shop. Very rude. Don't go here unless you have no other options. We went to Guelph European Clock Repair and they fixed it for us on the spot.
