I very much enjoyed my experience working with Dr. Hartman and his staff. It was an efficient experience where all my standards were met. I will continue my visits and definitely recommend their business.
Love Dr. Hartman! I have always been afraid of the dentist, but Dr. Hartman and his office made me feel so comfortable, and I really think he is one the the best dentists in Kansas City. I ended up getting a partial denture - very reasonably priced too. They have a lab right there in the office - so it was super convenient. He was able to save some of the teeth another dentist told me I would lose. I am so happy I chose Doc Hartman. They are great and have a patient for life!
All I can really say is RUDE! The staff is rude and not very helpful at all. The dentist didnt even so much as say Hi before barking at me to open my mouth. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere. I know what my insurance company pays them for the services, and it is way to much to be treated like crap!
