Ken's crew just finished remodeling two of my bathrooms; one had a fiberglass tub and the other a fiberglass shower. They also installed vinyl plank floors. I picked out tile and flooring materials and hauled home from Lowes. I did a fair amount of phone texting with Ken at random/odd hours to make sure I was getting the right stuff. We got a quote from Hartman construction for a master bathroom shower/floor remodel and it was hands down the cheapest of all our quotes. However, upon trying to select materials, it was very limited. They only install large rectangular tiles, and only horizontally. The shower floor has to be 2x2 squares. You have to pick your tiles and hardware from his preselected stores (Plumbing Supply, Tile Shop), and he’ll only use one grout color for the entire project (shower plus bathroom floor).
