Excellent Physician. Dr. Hartman is a real professional. He takes time with every patient, and leaves no issue unconsidered. Dr. Hartman reads up on all of the latest research, and is an outstanding physician. One warning -- he does not participate in any insurance plans, so he is not cheap.
