Tom at T's pitstop has been my mechanic for years, and for many different vehicles. He's always been incredibly flexible, reliable, thorough and reasonably priced. Can't recommend him and his business enough!
Yet another stellar service from Ts, issue with battery discharging and I couldn't find the issue. Called Ts who got my Nissan in straight away. Found the issue fixed and back at a great price. I noticed a crack in my radiator hose and pulled into Tom’s. They helped me repair it and got me back on the road and pointed in the right direction (the local auto wrecker) for a replacement in 10 minutes! Bigs thanks to the team!
We had our company truck break down unexpectedly and had it towed to a mechanic we hadn't really worked with before - so naturally, there was a bit of uncertainty. T's Pitstop Auto Repair replaced the fuel pump, but on the way home (about 50 km away), we realized the truck was still having issues. To our surprise and appreciation, the very next morning they drove all the way from Cumberland to Campbell River to check it out, and then towed the truck back to their shop at no charge.
