Bought a small table and chairs from Hartleys. Great showroom and no hyped sales people. Had an issue with table top when unpacking - it was cracked. No issue, Rusty replaced without question.

Carson was a great help and went above and beyond to make a delivery happen at short notice

We purchased outdoor furniture from Hartley and found the sales experience with Carson to b3 excellent. The delivery guys were on time, advised ETA ahead of time and expertly and promptly constructed and cleared away rubbish. Well done all.

We recently purchased a sofa setting and then went back for a dining setting. Delivery service went smoothly. Slight hiccup with the tabletop which was immediately remedied by Rusty. We are very happy with our new settings. Definitely recommend ✅

Really happy with the chairs we purchased. They’re great quality, comfortable and look great in our outdoor area. A big thanks to Rusty as well — he was friendly, helpful and knew his stuff. Really appreciated the service and would happily recommend both the chairs and the team.
