I absolutely love our new setting purchased at Hartley’s Outdoor. Carson was very helpful answering all my questions and with the quote. A couple of items had snags in the fabric on delivery and I was very pleased that they were replaced within couple of days with no issues at all. Highly recommend the store for both quality of the products and service.
Chairs arrived with water damage to wooden components - these things happen. The way Hartley's resolved this was pain free and efficient. Exemplary post sales service - very impressed with them.
Rusty was super efficient and very helpful 😀
If I could give 6 stars I would. Service and advice was outstanding from Hartley’s. I even had the owner come to site to assist with styling ! Totally satisfied.
Fantastic store! Truly amazing customer service. Jenny, Sam and Rusty were incredibly helpful which made the the whole process easy. The outdoor furniture is such high quality and beautifully made I would highly recommend!!!
