I have been living in Hartley Manor for more than 3 years - for the first time I have encountered a very compassionate, initiative and understanding building manager. Now, the building is at peace and comfortable to live with unlike before. Thank you for all your help and for giving the comfort that we need, Gloria. :)
Have to sing the praises of the new building manager. Just moved in.But she's already made our lives so much better. Absolutely, love my new home and so do my kids.

Lol avoid this building at all cost! Lots of cockroaches, bugs and Bad managers
