Lived here for 2 years, the current building manager Gloria is amazing, quick responses and very kind. The building itself is old but the units are newly renovated and you won’t be able to find as nice of a place to live with great neighbours for a better price. Apartment is very safe, residents of all ages and backgrounds makes it a very welcoming building to anyone!

I lived in this apartment for over two years. The location is very convenient, and the living environment is comfortable. Most importantly, the apartment manager, Gloria, is very friendly and easy to talk to. Whenever we had any issues, she responded quickly and solved them efficiently. She is patient, respectful, and truly cares about the residents. It’s rare to find someone so professional and warm at the same time. Thanks to her, living here felt like home. Highly recommended!
