John was absolutely great to work with. Made the insurance claim process move along smoothly with little effort on my part, which is a gift in and of itself. Kept me updated and worked hard to get my van back to me even ahead of what he estimated. Worked well with other local shops for the work they had to do as well. Thank you. Highly recommend.
