We visited this place in 1998. this was our first time to enter a nuclear power plant, the guide explained very well for us laymen, we could enter the control room and the turbine of the power plant. very amazing, we never imagined we could enter it to the power plant center, we had to wear anti-radiation clothes, and the checks were so strict.
We spent 2.5 hours on a most comprehensive tour with two very knowledgeable guides. It included a walk through the turbine hall - very impressive. Let's hope we invest on replacement infrastructure as this reactor comes towards end of life. Remember to have your passport with you or you don't get in!
