I recently bought an Audi A4 Avant from Steve at Hartlepool Motor Company. The customer service I received was excellent. Elliot the Salesman working on the Saturday I picked the car up was kind enough to pick me up from the train station which made the buying experience a lot easier and nicer. I had on the whole a positive experience with Hartlepool Motor Company however there have definitely been some significant negatives.
