The installation of my septic field was interrupted by rain and weather but I was always informed of what work could be performed and kept up to date related to the installation. I just got 5 estimates to pump out 2 septic tanks, I got a really fair price to clean both of them. They arrived on time, did a good job and billed me the proper amount. I will definitely use Hartland Septic the next time!
I called on a Sunday with an emergency back up in my bathtub and they walked me through how to find my septic tank covers and filter over the phone. He was very patient with me. In the mean time my bathtubs drained out but we weren't sure if I was going to need a plumber also or if the back up was caused by the septic being full. He said he'd have someone out Monday morning before noon to pump and clean our tank. The truck pulled in our driveway around 10 am.
