Tina was great. I let her know I was oblivious to what was needed for my new spa. She did not treat me as though I was ignorant. She was very encouraging and answered all my questions with great patience. She is very knowledgeable about the products and their applications. I will be back on a reoccurring basis. Thank you Tina. First and foremost, I also call this place the pool whisper as she is so knowledgeable about what needs to be done with the water sample. I encourage you to bring a small sample into her and she will tell you exactly what you need. We have always had a crystal clear pool and the products she recommends have always been well worth the price and have worked very well for our needs.
