Jason and the staff at HT are the best at making sure that you get the care you need. It gets harder and harder every year to deal with all the insurance problems that constantly arise and that crew stays on the problem until it’s fixed. I would be lost without them.
Person on the phone "Shelley" who is a Pharmacy Tech was extremely rude when I called to clarify refill info about a prescription issue. Getting straight answers out of her was like pulling teeth and abruptly curt. She was upset because there was only 2 people scheduled. Fortunately Jill the Pharmacist called me back with an easy fix to the problem. "Shelley" needs serious retraining if she's going to continue dealing with the public.
Best Pharmacy in town. Always kind and helpful! So happy l am m a customer there since to they opened! Thank you all of your hard work is appreciated!!

I use to feel like home going here for my rxs, everyone seemed so kind, but recently things have changed. I've overheard staff talking crap about me, several times! I feel judged when I pick up my meds now and for certain workers there to think it's OK to talk to others about my health and their own personal opinions of me is not ok. And its not just me they talk badly about, it's several people who get rxs there.
Had a prescription call there on Saturday when husband got out of hospital went right from hospital to there to pick it up .got there at 1:02 only to find out they closed at 1. Could not get his prescriptions that her need till Monday.NOT VERY HAPPY
